Space Labs

Terms of use.

The ground rules for using this website. They are short, and they are the same for everyone.

Scope

These terms apply to the website at spacelabs.si, operated by SPACE LABS, računalniško programiranje d.o.o. (“Space Labs”). They apply whenever you use the website and are best read together with the legal notice and the privacy policy.

Permitted use

You may view, link to and quote from this website for information, journalism, research and due diligence, provided the source is named. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that impairs its operation, or present its content as your own or as endorsed by Space Labs.

Information only

The website provides general corporate and technology information. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation or investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it creates a contractual or advisory relationship. Descriptions of technologies, sectors and future developments may include forward-looking statements and may change. The full statements are in the legal notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design, imagery and code of this website belong to Space Labs or its licensors. No licence is granted other than the permitted use above. Requests for logos, photography and other brand assets can be sent to media@spacelabs.si.

Availability and changes

We keep the website up to date, so pages and these terms may change, and parts of the site may occasionally be unavailable or withdrawn. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.

Security testing

We welcome good-faith reports of vulnerabilities through the contact in security.txt. Please do not test in ways that could degrade the website or reach data that is not yours.

Liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Labs is not liable for loss or damage arising from its use or from reliance on its content, including indirect loss, lost profit and lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

General

If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms are published in English and Slovenian; the English text is the original and prevails if the two differ, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
