What this website is
This is a corporate website. It describes Space Labs and the technology it develops, for prospective strategic partners, prospective investors in the company, advisers and media. It is addressed to businesses and professionals, not to consumers. Nothing can be bought, subscribed to, funded or transacted through this website, and it does not collect applications, registrations or payments.
No offer, no solicitation, no advice
Nothing on this website is, or forms part of, an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, subscribe for or hold any security, financial instrument, crypto-asset, participation right or other investment, in any jurisdiction. In particular, this website is not:
- a prospectus or an offer of securities to the public under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129;
- a crypto-asset white paper or a marketing communication for an offer of crypto-assets under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA);
- investment advice, an investment recommendation or investment research under Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) or Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;
- a crowdfunding offer or key investment information sheet under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503;
- an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity under section 21 of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
The content is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice and does not take your circumstances into account. Do not rely on it to make any decision. Take independent professional advice.
Any investment in Space Labs itself would be discussed privately with eligible professional parties, on the basis of separate documentation and subject to the law that applies to it. This website is not that documentation.
Regulatory status
Space Labs is a technology development company. It is not, and does not present itself as, a bank, investment firm, crypto-asset service provider, issuer of crypto-assets, crowdfunding service provider, payment or electronic money institution, fund or fund manager. It is not licensed, authorised, registered or supervised by any financial regulator, and nothing on this website should be read as saying that it is, or that any technology it develops has been approved by a regulator.
Words such as “transparent”, “rule-based”, “secure” or “compliant” describe design goals of software. They are not statements that a product, a participant or a transaction meets the legal requirements of any country.
Technologies, products and third parties
Space Labs develops technology for others. It developed the SpaceM platform and the RWD Protocol (Real World Digitalization) and handed them over. It does not own, manage or operate them. SpaceM is owned, managed and operated by SpaceLabs Ltd, a separate company; the RWD Protocol is owned and operated by another entity. Neither is a product or service of Space Labs d.o.o., and a description of technology does not mean that any product or service built on it is available to you.
Where technology developed by Space Labs is used in a product, platform or ecosystem operated by another entity, that product is governed only by its own operator, terms, documentation and legal status. It is not offered, promoted or made available through this website, and Space Labs does not act for that operator here. Whether any product is available in your country, and on what terms, depends on the law that applies there.
Risk
Blockchain-based systems, crypto-assets and early-stage technology companies carry significant risk, including technical failure, legal and regulatory change, and the total loss of any money committed. Nothing on this website reduces, offsets or guarantees against those risks, and nothing here describes an expected return.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about plans, intentions, growth, partnerships, scale or the potential of technology are forward-looking. They reflect our views when published, depend on assumptions that may prove wrong, and are subject to risks outside our control. Actual outcomes may differ materially. They are not promises or guarantees, and we accept no duty to update them.
Jurisdictions
This website is published from Slovenia and is not directed at any person in a place where publishing it or making it available would be unlawful or would require a registration or licence that Space Labs does not hold. It is not directed at US persons or at the general public in the United Kingdom. If you visit from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, imagery, software and code of this website are © 2026 SPACE LABS d.o.o. All rights reserved. “Space Labs” is used as an identifier of the company and its work. Other names and marks belong to their owners, including SpaceM, which belongs to SpaceLabs Ltd, and RWD, which belongs to another entity. Use of this website is governed by the terms of use.
Typefaces are used under licence and served from our own servers: Clash Display under the ITF Free Font License and Instrument Sans under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Imagery and AI-generated content
The architectural and object images on this website are computer-generated artwork, created with generative AI and art-directed for Space Labs. They are illustrative. They do not depict a real place, building, object or product. Portraits show real people and are published with their agreement; they may be retouched with AI-assisted tools, as is usual for photographs, without changing who or what they show.
Accuracy and liability
We prepare this website with care, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that it is complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted. No one may rely on it as a statement of fact for the purpose of an investment or a contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Labs, its directors and its staff are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or any website it links to. Nothing in this notice limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the Slovenian Obligations Code or other mandatory law.
Links to third-party websites are for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
Governing law and language
This website and this notice are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
This notice is published in English and Slovenian. The English text is the original; if the two differ, the English text prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
